If aspirin was discovered today it would be regulated by doctors. Since most folks are well educated and could be trusted to self medicate I believe Mexico may be a viable option for your new residence. Have a great evening.

I don't trust chiropractors. That being said, I am a strong believer in Active Release Technique. The guy who developed it is here in Colo Springs: Dr Leahy.

Dr Leahy works/travels with the Denver Broncos.
I had developed trigger finger and one his associates worked on it. Took about 6 sessions and some CalMag supplements and it was better. They are very good about saying how long the treatments will take and don't do the normal chiropractor, "we'll see you 3 times a week for the rest of your life."
My wife also saw them for a pinched nerve in her hip. She saw chiropractor a million times, PTs etc etc. Leahy fixed it in 1 visit. However, she does go back once ever few months if she doesn't keep up with the stretches she is supposed to do but 1 visit every 3 months is better than what most chiros will have you do.
Also it won't be $15 with these guys. I think the first visit is $150 then if you see Leahy, it's $75 as I don't think he takes insurance The associate I saw did take insurance so I only paid $17 a visit.
This is why I like to have funds put on an HSA card.
