That is the place called Pho7. Same plaza/mall as King Sooper.
I just came from that place tonight. I would recommend it, if you do not want to drive all the way to Broomfield 120th and Main.

Can't go wrong with a rare steak and brisket bowl.

I think we should divide into 4 different regional group for a monthly COAR Pho meeting.

South, South Metro, North Metro, North.
Then we should write a dealer/vendor/store review there. :D
