Not qualified to diagnose anything. This could easily be used for personal vindictive purposes, setting aside all the other issues.
Likewise, everyone in health care has had problematic patients. A personality incompatibility isn't sufficient for a diagnosis, despite what many in the health fields think.

In NY the "professional and or LE upon reporting said "concern" Gives LE, usually NYSP the "RIGHT" to enter a home with out a warrant AND SEIZE ALL FIREARMS ON THE PREMISES.

Wonder how this plays out with the Shrink who "notified' LE on Holmes ?

I do as well. It will be a curious one to observe.

All the studies have show that mental health professionals way over predict future dangerousness. Now someone wants to give them more power to do that. She needs the help of a qualified mental health professional. Paraphrasing, She can't even run her own life, I'll be damned if she'll run mine.
