I thought I was the only person who still owned/uses a Zune. I use mine all of the time but still can't figure out how to get .wmv (yeah, Windows media) files to load on it.

I have a Zune! love it.. I really only use the zune software to transfer files back and forth from it occasionally. I have a SONOS system in my home so all of my playback of the files on my computer is via SONOS.

I have a Zune HD. Can't say I use it much after getting a smart phone.

I used to use Rythmbox but recently switched to Banshee.

At this point the only downside to switching away from iTunes is if you use the iTunes store.
