So what did 70.208.144.44 do to get banned? Was working when I got on my plane.. When I got off it said my IP was banned..
The whole 70.208.144.xx range was blocked on July 27th when someone suspected of being a spammer logged in from that IP range. It traces to a Verizon connection in Locust Grove, VA. When folks use Verizon connections in Western CO, it traces back to something more local.Quote:

Oddly I'm having issue with the Survival & Preparedness subforum not refreshing since the radio programming thread started... no problems with any others though. What am I missing here?

Sounds like a browser cache issue to me. Have you tried logging off the site, clearing your browsers cache, then logging back in to see if anything changes?

ETA: If this is what's happening, you can edit your General Settings. At the top of the page, under the tabs for FORUM, INFO HUB, ARTICLES & BLOGS, you will see "FAQ Calendar Community Forum Actions....". If you click on "Forum Actions", a drop-down menu will appear. From here, select "General Settings" (See the first image below).
Once you select General Settings, another page will open. If you scroll down to the Thread Display Options section, and click on the down arrow of the options box for Default Thread Age Cut Off, you will see all of the options available. (See the second image below)
If this the issue, then this is where you can fix it. If it isn't the issue and it is just not refreshing updates, then it is definitely associated to your system/OS/browser. In this case I'd only be able to possibly assist by knowing what OS and browser you are using. In the short term I'd recommend trying a different browser to see if the problem remains.
