When you get married, your maiden name becomes an alias, as well as the name on the fake ID you get caught with in High school.
Not excusing those arrests though. Just pointing out that it doesn't take much to have an alias.

The link posted (by Byte?) was from 2010 and shows that the majority of politicians in the races were in trouble with the law at some point. No shock there. That's all ammo to be used at election time, and that should have been better capitalized on already.
