Nope, born in Norfolk, Virginia. Dad was in the Navy. Been here since I was one.
Been here one year after a taking a job at a good place. Enjoying the people and the country. But I am a Native Texan, with one relative that served with Travis at his last command.
Born in Greeley, raised east of Pierce, lived numerous other places in Colo. Spent a couple years elsewhere in the country. All of six decades.
NATIVE THANK YOU
Been here 9 years come this summer. I was in Sheridan, Wyoming for 18 years prior.
Not a native, originally from Philly. Came out here in 1980 to attend USAFA. Came back in 1987 for an assignment to Lowry AFB and have been here ever since.
Born and raised in Westminster, 38 years and counting. I've always said there is no better place to live. Where else can you snow ski in the morning and water ski in the afternoon. Where the snow flies while the sun is shining. Get 6" of snow and it's gone the next day. I never take it for granted that you can look west and enjoy the beauty of the snow capped mountains. Good luck finding a better place to grow up if you love the outdoors.
With that said, it's hard to have that same pride as I used to have when I tell someone where I'm from. It's almost embarrassing to admit that I am from a state full of outdoorsman and have a government that takes such a ridiculous stance on firearms. I still hold on to the hope for a better day when this is all a distant memory. A day that common sense returns to our lawmakers and not every decision is made on a knee jerk reaction to an unfortunate event. A day that people have respect, not fear, for firearms.
Native. :)
3-Gen Native/4th-Gen Living here.
Great Granddad Sheriff of Prowers CTY circa 1924-25 (true character):

Yup. Born and raised.
Yep - 3 counties in 37 years.
I have been here since 1958, my wife born & raised in Denver.
Which one? Not here but yes the Colt .38-40 Bisley is... ;)
Also have a hard-used "sporterized" Krag w/ an original Weaver 2x post scope hacked onto it plus his horse scabbard .. Not super valuable, in decent shape but very cool/they were pretty poor folks and still shoots great. It sure shot a lot of animals out on the hard-core E. Plains.
ETA: Sent this pic to Sheriff Maketa as I can assure you no way in hell would my Great Granddad have put up w/ what's going on! He left MO/tough job to come live in CO and be poor but free.
I was born here... I have come back twice now. When I leave in the next month or two, I don't think I'll be returning.
Born & raised! Spent a few years in AZ. College.
Born in CA, yeah yeah, assigned to Ft. Carson in 2004 and retired in 2010. Been here since and loved.....loved it. My family in CA were jealous because of the freedoms we have over here. NOW? I see this state going in the wrong direction. I'm giving it until the 2014 elections and if no change Im outta here.
Your NATIVE stickers make me jealous!!!!
Born and raised 42 years
I saw one that would probably work well for you:

it says:
NOT A NATIVE...
But I got here as fast as I could. [Beer]
Born and raised in Denver.
Native here. Born at Rocky Mountain Hospital, raised in Pine, Colorado. Both my parents were born here as well, as were my grandparents.
My great grandfather moved to denver in 1901 from Indiana, and my great grandmother was born in Nebraska, and then moved to the eastern plains.
Been here about 17 years, originally from Orange County, California. I love it hear except for the politics and will work to toss those fools out.
I wish I could say I was, but I'm a military transplant. Wife is from the springs and we love the state, just not the current politics.
Born and raised in CO, joined the Army to escape Colorado, and then spent 9 months in the armpit of the US aka Georgia, and got stationed in Ft. Carson.
I think I've been out of the state for a total of 17 months of my life to include my deployment?
Native here. Born in Denver, raised in Bailey, now a Broomfielder
Not a native, although I gestated here for a bit and was ALMOST a native (dad was stationed at Cheyenne Mountain while mom was pregnant with me ... but then he got orders back to Vietnam so mom went back to Kansas to be with family ... I was born a short time after).
Originally Montana, then Uncle Sam had me bouncing around a while. Got here in 2000 hoping it would be the "last stand".
Not looking good with the whack-jobs in Denver.
Been here since Elvis died.
Yup. 42 years. Born in Glenwood Springs. Grew up in Littleton. I never thought I'd see the day CO turns to Commirado!! [Mad]
Yes I am a native. One of Colorado's problem is we are importing from each coast and south of the border at a rate that is not sustainable. That is if we want to keep Colorado core values. We are stressing our infrastructure to the max. You think it is bad now. We are a few gallons of water away from a disaster.
5th generation to colorado
California boy here. Born and raised in Southern California, Burbank area. Moved here in 2008 after spending the summer scratching the dirt at Coors field in 2007. Was fed up with cost of living, rude people, and Cali politics. Apparently Cali politics has followed me here, really wish I could disassociate myself with them.
I was born in the summer of my 22nd year. But my birth certificate actually says Mogaidishu-on-the-Lake.
4th gen native, went to Thomas Jefferson High School. My wife and I both were born at Rose Hospital and so where our kids. My grandfather had a grocery store across the street from East High in the 30's
