It takes a bit for those not familiar with dillon presses, especially the to get the motion / flow down.

For Dillon products, smooth motion and never the handle go.
A few board members dropped by to finalize the new reloading area.
Changed out powder measures for pistol and rifle toolheads.
Setup .380 from scratch and ran off couple hundred rounds.
Went looking for lighting solutions. Saw the very nice $44 solution here:

Then saw the $1.25 solution here:

Figured it was worth a couple bucks to try a DIY solution first, so I ordered the light. Now I just have to wait a month for a shipment from Hong Kong. [facepalm]
Loaded 440 rounds of .308 with 150 gr SPs and 44.0 of Tac. It goes so much faster when everything is prepped and primed.
Resized and popped 40 primers on some 30-30 cases for a friend. Cleaning and priming tomorrow. Now just have to find some bullets. [facepalm]
Broke my puller on the 3rd of fifty. Damn.
^^^ Buy one for your press. Makes life way easier.
Installed the 'improved' McD's straw mod to my charge master..
Use the press mounted puller. Save your ears a bit.
Most of us have a tendency towards using WAY too much force with these tools. They weren't designed for "smack that bastard as hard as you can". Plus, if the cap start to back itself off it is more likely to separate.
I know I'm guilty of abusing mine.

This will fix it. Another $40 invested into reloading. Sigh.
I loaded up 6 different 44 loads, my first time reloading for a revolver. It went good once I figured out how to guess on bullet seating. Before today I had never roll crimped or loaded lead, now I can cross them off my bucket list [Beer]. Now I need to get to Pawnee tomorrow and make sure everything is good on my size/crimp and that my hot 258gr loads don't cause a nuclear implosion in Thailand or something.
i also spent some time picking out casting equipment but I haven't ordered it yet. I need to find some cast iron ingot molds so I can at least melt down what lead I have so far on the propane setup. Still trying to figure out the best way to mix the different stuff for a more consistent product.
Shot my first .308 reloads yesterday. Crappy M80 pulls, mixed bag with a buncha different lots. They all shot better than the PCI blaster ammo I paid good money for and that stuff ain't cycling with my can attached.
I set up my new .308 tool head on the 1050! No more slow processing or .308 or .223!!!!
Cleaned and lubed the 1050.
With the new baby I haven't taken the time to do any reloading since last fall. I had some time off today and loaded up 200 rounds of .223. It just felt good to get down there and sit at the press for a bit.. [Beer]
I churned out 800 rounds of .223 today bringing my weekly total up to an even 1000. Used Hoser-prepped brass with CCI-400 small rifle primers, Sierra Matchking 69gr HPBT projectiles, and Winchester 748 powder. Good times.
Trimmed, chamfered, primed, hand weighed, and loaded 40 100 grain soft points at 8 different weights of imr4350 for the 243. Get to go shoot em today and see what the gun likes. :)
Got 2 older Dillon Powder dispensers ready to trade to my brother for newer ones.
I wanted to try my first 44 loads but not bad enough to go out in the cold today.
Built and stained my new reloading bench today, now waiting till it dries to put Polyurethane on it nad mount my new Hornady LNL AP on it.

Loaded 400 .380 and 500 9mm
Worked up a .308 load in .5 gr increments for 150 gr HDY that I hope to shoot on Tuesday
500 .223 deprimed and cleaned. I should be able to work up a load in 50gr ZMax in .5 gr increments for Tuesday
I have .45 and 300BLK work up's already setup for Tuesday
I also prepped 7.62x54R.
Fun day. Hope Tuesday is better!
Tumbled some .38/.357 and 9mm brass.
Turned case necks. Still have a couple hundred left to do.
wet tumbled a couple hundred pieces of .308 brass. I need to get that back to square one, so I'm shooting it all, then processing it as one big chunk. I have a bunch already loaded, so I'll shoot those. I really like the feeling of knowing that every piece of brass was processed the exact same way. I'm about to pull the trigger on some LC cases that I've had my eye on for about a month now.
I also took the time to hand prep 50 .308 cases. I broke out the manual equipment for the trimming, chamfering, and deburring. Brass prep, while tedious, is good for me. It helps to take my mind off of the day-to-day nonsense.
Knocked out a few hundred more .223. I'm loading as well with the brass from Hoser and loving it...
