Reviewers never seem to like the Cloverfield movies. Or JJ Abrams movies in general. This one was a bit more formulaic than the other two, but still really delivered, in my opinion. Some of the scenes that help the movie overall don't help the tension or mood they are trying to set in the primary story, which hurts it a bit.Quote:
