I just tried a couple time and got in. The process is like this, you register, they send you an email, you forward that email to an address they give you, they verify you're a resident, they send you and email on how to order 'dem mags.
Worked for me by going to magpul.com and then adding the /colorado to the URL
www.magpul.com/colorado
This definitely works. Wonder how they're going to verify our residency.

unfortunately it looks like little details, for example husband and wife both want to buy magazines, a father wants to buy magazines for each child. i wish it said if it was per person or per address.
