In a very cartoon-esque situation, I once saw a guy sitting on a piece of pipe he was cutting off that was hanging out over the water.

I would've gotten a picture, but I was busy yelling at his dumb ass. It also would've been funnier if I weren't the company rep on that job. I ended up sending that guy home. I saw him later that week tie the trigger down and tie a weight to a guillotine saw so that he didn't have to hold it or pay attention to it.
