I'm one lucky SOB to have gotten two lowers fixed (and returned to me) just a couple of weeks before all this happened!

How do you take something over without an understanding that you'll have to deal with all the ongoing issues and current customers? Sad turn of events.

But guys, he had a heart attack last year and his mom died decades ago and it's his birthday and you all are ungrateful that your money and equipment was stolen.
By reading their comments from other previous customers on Facebook, you are one of very very few. And it also sounds like almost all that were returned had to be sent in again to be fixed !
