Sick S2000 bro!
I've wanted to turbo the shit out of a Miata ever since I discovered www.flyinmiata.com back in high school. Then the Honda S2000 came out and that was my new dream car. Then it went away and there are still plenty of Miata's to be had for way cheaper. If I had a big garage I'd have one just to tinker with.
When you outgrow that Miata you should find an RX-7.
When I was into cars decades ago, I use to have a chart with variable of altitude hp losses by less O2, air resistance relative to change in velocity by compression ratio and volume of cylinder.
You should do the Ring in Germany, next.

Or come down here and do 89A from Chino to Cottonwood, through Jerome.
I won't buy an EV until they make a whistle tip for them. Woo WOOOOO!
Just get like 40 of these!

Definite dream car right there!
Nurburgring is a definite bucket list item. My avatar is from Laguna Seca.

I love Laguna Seca.
I went there every year (sometimes twice) from 1975 until 1998. I moved to CO in 1999 and have not had a chance to get back for the motorcycle races. I liked the old track best.
Myself and two friends rode the track one night on a dare, after drinking Jack Daniels. This was probably 1980, '81? I made it three laps and pulled into the camping area and my two friends continued on and were stopped by track security and ejected. We got them back in about an hour later. It was great.
Congrats on the new home!
Fun Factoid regarding those deer whistles. While they keep deer from jumping in front of you. IF you turn them backwards. You'll call ever deer within a 50 mi. radius to you
Guy down the road a piece. He's maybe mid 70's, he runs his 69 mustang there 1x a year. His wife is not only his pit crew, she builds his motors.
You can do it.
A couple of goodies for some of my pistolas. SB47 brace and VG6. Bought the draco from Kazoo many years ago.

That corkscrew is NO joke man. First time on that track I goosed the throttle slightly coming over the top and the wheel barely lifted but due to how sharply it falls off it didn't touch back down until near the bottom and I nearly ran wide off the track. Total n00b move. lol TV and photos don't do it justice though as the elevation change is absurd when you're on it. Same with some of the corner banks as you almost touch a knee going around upright if you're on the inside of the corner. Good times.
Had street truck tacos for the second day in a row today. Never eaten at a truck before and they were great. Samy's at 90th and Federal in the parking lot of the tattoo shop.

Advantage of being at shop, they come to us.
Bought 2 of Firefield FF73012 light.
One of the LIGHTEST-LIGHT out there.
I goto rec center 4-5 times per week, and the surefire is wayyyy damn too heavy for me to attach that around.
