Well, I guess that's one way of doing it... Still sounds like you got the shaft though..

oh ya...my boss didnt have insurance to cover it, the contractor didnt either, and to get them to pay, i would have to sue them both, couldnt sue my boss bc he was like a second father, so i got stuck footing the bill
