Well, moving for various reasons-one being my wifes health,recovering from thyroid cancer.The humidity here in NY kills her throat.
The main reason is were just sick of the extreme high cost of living and lack of pay increases to deal with it.

No jobs as of yet-I'm an auto tech and I know theres allways somebody looking for a good a tech.
My wife plans on going to school to be a machinist.She has prior experience working at a foundry allready,just helps to have it on paper.
thats great to hear, I have 3 aunts come down with the bc (breast cancer) 2 didn't make it. Very tough road, sounds like your wife is a very strong gal, good for her!
That's great to hear! It's nice to have the permission slip saying you can do something, though some employers nowadays do look at ability just as heavily
