I made some kick-ass vegetable soup tonight. I made some meatballs three days in advanced anticipation of my soup.
The meatballs had some horseradish. Never tried that before... I think I used a pinch too much, but they had a good flavor.
Meatballs in vegetable soup? Don't knock until you try...
