Those are all "Go to jail, go immediately to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200."

Passed an unmarked Denver county on the lead up ramp I25NB to I70EB doing 95, in the rain. He popped me for Careless driving.

Copy, "I didn't have my radar running because I didn't think anyone would be driving so fast in the near freezing rain. However, you passed me like I was standing still and I was doing 50 so that's a careless driving citation for you."

Me, "Well sir, I have winter tires and it IS an Audi. I'm thankful you didn't have me on radar, but honestly I would have slowed had it alerted, and therefore been driving in a much safer manner."

My lawyer got it down to a 1 point headlight violation after playing a round with the Denver ADA.

Depends. now a days yes. Those were at least 10-20 years ago. It helps if you make them laugh , ask them how fast they clocked you, vs what your speedo read, etc. Each and every LE asked, You admit you were traveling that fast. yes sir why lie, I know it, You know it.
I thought for sure one of the cops was gonna buy my Hi-Power after writing the ticket. He sure finger fuked it awhile.
The 100+ were all on my HD bagger's.
My attorney charged me $750 per. I suggested he go on commission ;)
