The 2nd reading vote got put off until today, Feb. 18. Assuming it passes this vote there will be a third reading vote for final passage, and then it moves on to the House.

The second reading on this bill keeps getting put off for one more day. That happened on the 18th and again on Friday the 19th. The Senate is supposed to take it up again today.

The Senate did finally vote on SB 16-017 today, and it passed on a voice vote. It will have to have a third reading and vote, and assuming it passes there, it will then move on to the Colorado House. The third reading & vote should happen in the next few days.
