If i was in the springs, I'd set up a food truck and drive around town. Like those ice cream guys drive around. Simple stuff, tacos, hot dogs , brats. Lots of chips and beverages. Popcorn.. $1 per bag of sams or costco microwave stuff. Guarantee you'd clean up.

I think the easy way to find them is just look at the electric bill records. It is all done by the internet over the power lines. I imagine all the Apache gun ships can see whats see what's happening too.
