I just use it as a way to see if people have started to bitch about any of my "projects" so I can clean them up before the neighborhood Nazis pay me a visit.
I started to think I am living way too close to town.

For those of you who are only interested in crime stats, and not interacting with your neighbors, check out raidsonline.com
Irving just described me to a "T".
I think it's good to keep up on crime in my hood, don't care about the rest of it. FYI the stolen vehicles in Thornton appears to have slowed down quite a bit.
So, I looked into this, and they asked for too much info to register for my comfort, so I backed out. I'd probably get in trouble anyway.
Part of the reason I got banned was I refused to use my real name after getting reported. They didn't like Ninja Neigh Bor. When i refused to allow the use of my real name, I told them to just remove the account.
If anyone that doesn't know me wants to take the time to find my name for whatever reason, all they have to do is look up the address on the Dougco property records site.
They probably wouldn't care for me registering as A. Nonny Mouse either, huh? I didn't much care for their request for my credit card info to "verify my address" or whatever the fuck it was.
No Nextdoor out here. If we want to know what is up in the neighborhood, we go and talk to the neighbors.

While I find there is occasionally something useful my favorite is the people who hear every loud noise as gun shots.
Fireworks = gunshots
car backfire = gunshots
neighbor slams a door= gunshots
And of of course the resident expert who suggests everyone call Jeffco sheriff right away so they can track all the calls to find out where the shooting is taking place- their super secret technology can pinpoint the exact location of the shots from the calls.
