If he had the means and resources to acquire all that over time, he could certainly have relocated / obtained a vacation home somewhere, etc. It is complete BS he'd have to, but it might have saved him.

If they really did find cocaine on him, he was probably trading cocaine for firearms. It would not take long to acquire a large amount of firearms by trading drugs. The junkies would line up around the block to trade guns for drugs.
Well yeah, outside of the cocaine he’s basically the same as all of us. Or not. Going by the presented information at this time no sympathy from me.
Ok so let’s even say there is no coke, no one forced this guy to live in NYC, he knew the rules, might not like them but still got to play by them.
It's too bad that Paul Harvey died, because I'd still like to know the rest of the story.

And those are smart people! I may or may not know others who do the same.
That's a collectors collection. Not a single one of those guns came from a junkie. I'd have an easier time believing that the cops planted the coke than that he was trading junkies for guns. Maybe someone higher up in the food chain of a drug business though.
I don't see a single monkey paw.
Where's the Hi-Points?!
