There are some angry ass customer who believe they've been rushed by technicians (employees rushing to complete the nail/pedi) to accept next incoming customers. It is normal during busy hours or weekends.

I was playing chess online just now, getting my as kicked. I sent a chat message, "lol, whoops," because I had nothing but a king left and the other person had the queens on the board. Their response was, "why, u hate Asians?" I thought it was funny.

It's 2021. Random attacks are lumped together as hate crimes whenever possible to advance the agenda.
