Seems pretty clear. If he doesn't veto, it becomes law in either case.

Hmm I see a new ballot initiative.

A bill must be signed to become law. Unsigned bills are effectively vetoed after the above mentioned time limits.

Make the governor accountable for all enacted laws. Fvck this cowardly approval method.

Yeah that seems like a better way all around. If stuff can be signed into law without oversight, then what's the point of the governor?

There is such a thing as a public official performance bond. How come we never hear about them being paid out when our public officials don't perform as expected? Like when Hickenlooper said he accidentally voted for the anti-gun bills or whatever.

Because, as long as peoples cell phones and internet work. They have no reason to get involved. You lose the internet and see what happens.
But, no one cares, those that do are in the minority and don't have the $$ to get a ballot initiative going. Throw in CO is heavily blue, it will never happen.

Letting this become law and claiming anything but being a gun grabber, is like standing and watching someone be raped, doing nothing about it, and claiming you are pro-abstinence.

So, it seems as though the Colorado general assembly adjourned pretty much right after passing this bill, from what I have read it sounds like Polis then has 30 days to either sign the bill, veto the bill, or allow the bill to become law by doing nothing vs the 10 day deadline if the assembly was in session.
