These seats all went to Democrats, and Republicans lost the majorities in both chambers. He and his group were also so short sighted that they attacked Bill Owens at the state assembly in 2002. This is something the founders got wrong. If not signed or vetoed, the bill should be considered vetoed, and the larger majority must override the ghost veto
