My biggest risk as an employer

I'm moving towards "Results Only Work Environments" (ROWE) where you don't have a set time of any kind. As long as the work is done, when you do it doesn't matter. Productivity skyrockets. Obviously, not all projects can be done this way, sometimes you need to work with a large group of people which requires semi-standard working hours (depending on their TZ)... but it's increasingly uncommon.

Also, telecommuting saves me ~1.5 hours every day, countless miles on my car, much cheaper/better lunches, better office facilities. I can't really see myself going back to work in an office.

Well, like I tell my wife, I will only work until Obama lays his blanket of security over me and my family.
Thing is guys I really need you guy to keep working so this can be provided to me.
I feel I am entitled to this because...well because, I exist.
I dont care where the money comes from, just as long as I can spend my Obama Cash at the Gov. approved stores run by union.
Now get back to work and get off this site, I WILL REPORT YOU to a .GOV site.
