Is this show worth driving 2.5hrs for?? I'v never been to this one but if it's just like the tanner with the outrageous prices and the fact that it's just store owners jacking their prices up for the weekend I really don't want to make the drive. How is the size compared to other shows? thanks
Well, I drove 2 1/2 hours to set up my 2 tables and so far, it WAS worth the trip for ME. Everyone (almost everyone) wants stuff absolutely dirt cheap and when I'm in the aisle side of the show, I also want stuff at the cheap. Hopefully tomorrow will generate more sales than today or I am going to quite gunshows all together. I do only have a table perhaps once a year or so and I sure need to liquidate a bunch of stuff. Most folks who bought stuff from me actually thanked ME for selling at super prices. [Beer]Quote:

Ill likely make an appearance tommorow to see whats at this show. The show last weekend sure sucked IMO.
well I might have to make a trip that way tomorrow. I don't really expect dirt cheap but I don't expect to pay more for it that i would at the larger chain stores. This is even more important when you pay a fee to get in the door. I can walk into sportmans warehouse for free. I know there are still a few guys out there that bring good deals. It just depends on if that's what your after. Hopefully I'll see you there tomorrow
Regular SKS'S for $325 - $350 at the show, they are on crack! I just put a SKS-M on layaway at Specialty sports for $359 that takes AK mags. And Specialty is the highest priced store in town.
I don't know why I bother, Same old shit. The table want to trade a 800 scope of mine for a 300 gun. I'll stick to AFCOM. All I want is a damn .44
I did stop and say hello to BlasterBob.
I didn't find anything at the show that I had to have.
The table next to BlasterBob did have a nice S&W 4026. At $550 I didn't even talk to them about it.
