If you had any doubts that Denver is FUBAR

Someone I know, can't tell you who ;), handled a claim where a drunk driver ran into four parked cars going down the street. The first 3 cars were owned by Spanish only speakers, and the fourth vehicle was an ICE van that was parked there doing surveillance. heh.

Irony

1. Hit my car from behind on the freeway. Fled to mexico. Car he was driving not impounded. Paid for my damage out of my pocket.

2. Let him go after a 2 day sentence for FTA. No deportation. Felony record to include aggravated assault (dom violence), aggravated MV theft, fraud.

3. Beat up his wife/babymomma because she wouldnt' give him her welfare check. Fled to mexico.

I don't really have a problem with any illegal alien, it wasn't ever a problem until they became a VOTING BLOC that could be courted. It wasn't ever a problem when they had no right to government aid, pre-welfare as it were.

For all the "pride" illegal mexicans and all the times they run back there, you'd think mexico was a paradise. They've had their revolution for a hundred years now, and STILL they are ruled by kleptocrats and outright thieves. Then they come here and squeal about how unfair the USA is to them? Go back and fix your own country, before you come here to try and re-create the WONDERFUL PARADISE you left in mexico.

My grandmother emigrated from there in 1930 - and nobody in my family has ANY "love" for mexico as a country. This discounts the other illegals from central/south america, but the vast majority are mexican - so i generalize.

Racial pride has no place in the real world, whites are castigated for celebrating it in any way, but other "races" are lauded as some kind of cultural icon.

Cinco de Mayo? Independence from France? Celebrated in the USA? It's not even celebrated in Mexico, seriously, it's NOT. But for some reason hundreds of thousands of mexicans who have never even lived in Mexico under french occupation celebrate it.
