Shocking needs to be removed from the dictonary. By now we have seen it all, the word now has no meaning.. [Eek3]
I'm not overly religious, but to quote Reagan: "The Soviets crashed because of Godlessness."
Eventually people will be able to change ethnicity too! Shove it God, we don't need you anymore <- Since we can just change what he made us.
And people wonder why their relationships or personal beliefs don't hold up strongly to the test of Time. Something's missing.
I'm trying to agree with you more but that's like trying to overfill your beer, it's just spilling out! [Beer]
My parents divorced when I was young, but still a major part of my life. My dad taught me the importance of being a man, standing up for myself and what I believe and although he didn't serve himself (but spent 29 years as a firefighter) he was one of the main causes for my joining the Army. My mother taught me empathy, respect women, how to be sympathetic without being a pu$$y, and how to fix a car (she was a tomboy growing up).... a young boy adopted by a lesbian couple will never truly learn how to be a man, respect himself enough to carry push into shove territory, and what it means to be a man. I'm all for gay rights, my uncle was gay, I'm just a bit in disagreement that they should be in charge of a child's upbringing, a kid needs a mom and a dad, or at the very least an idea behind mommy and daddy- for those who lost a parent.
right, and that you don't feel that gays are the right choice of parents? You'll note that in my comment that I stated my comments were just about gays as parents, and not about what the OP posted. In that case, the parents are no good, but I don't think it's because they're gay. I think it's because they're bad parents...
It'd be nice if people could utilize logic when discussing gays, instead of emotion. Might as well be talking about favorite colors in here.
