Almost a roll on Fireman's Hill (as I recall) & stuck in the mud pits at Slaughterhouse?
No wonder both are closed now.

Harsh.
It felt like almost a roll on Fireman's Hill, but I doubt it would have rolled. You might have been thinking about my comment about my buddy's Rubicon that went just before me. He didn't have a chance to straighten out as much as I did, so we were pretty worried about him rolling.
I was only temporarily stuck in the mud pit. I backed up there to move out of the way of someone else and got stuck. Right when that other truck pulled up to get me off, I managed to work it loose. I miss that truck, it was much better than the one I have now.
Thanks for the vote of confidence! So far, the frame's been blasted and powdercoated, same with axle housings, axles all rebuilt, front D25's been replaced with a '72 D30, all new 11" brakes all around. Plus I've got a buttload of all kinds of new parts and correct vintage parts stocked up. And a neighbor waiting to do the bodywork and paint. So, I've got a good start, just need a good kick in the ass I reckon.
