Yeah, hopefully we see some bans lift. I can do without the camp fire for the most part, I have lots of propane style stoves. I really want to shoot my rifles.

It looks like Pike and San Isabel National Forests Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands has gone back to Stage 1 fire restrictions as of July 12th.

Bruno Gulch looks to be closed to shooting. Does this mean the South Site is open! If so, be cool. No exploding anything. Bring lots of water, shovels and such.

I'd also like to know about the south site... wife and I are about to head down there to shoot her new gun!
According to exhibit L under order UFC-01-12, it looks like the south site is OPEN! I compared the map to some other maps I have and I was looking at the wrong place [Tooth] It's dated 17 July.

I doubt we will see public shooting until there has been a solid week of rain.
2 weeks left this month then aug which is not known for a lot of moisture.

went to south site and had a great time. had about 6 other groups UK p therr
South Site is definitely open. Notorius, I'm not sure when you were there, but I was there from 10-12, we were the tan pickup truck, closest to the entrance. Great day for shooting, and good to see so many people there being safe and responsible. I'll post pictures and a report in the South Site thread after I get home from work.
