IMHO, IF you're from east of ol' misissip, this is some of the best Italian sausage you can grill, bake, toss in sauce, stuff.
I usually buy the sweet or hot in coil form and cut to size.
clydes is 1 of the best. I'm a 100% north denver Italian
sunflower has decent made in house sausage.
the texture and consistancy of sunflower/sprout's sausage is terrible.
italian sausage yes i agree but the andouille is pretty well done. Just my opinion. I make my own. have not bought brats yet this year.Quote:
