Karl will not be out untill monday as far as I know. His bond should get reduced on Monday.

What was the Bail reduced to???

Karl should be out of jail by noon Monday, 8/20.

We won't know if the Bond Reduction is approved, and for what amount, untill after Karl's court hearing Monday morning.

Karl's cell phone may be down for a day or two untill he can get over to the phone store and pay off his bill, but after that, you should be able to contact him on his cell.

I know he would really appreciate hearing from everybody.

I'm just wondering if anyone has found out if Karl's arsenal has been secured? Hopefully by someone other then the Police/Sheriffs dept? Chances are he will not be able to have them until after his situation is settled. Mine and Coles thoughts and prayers are with Karl.

Karl's hearing did not go good they refused to reduce his bond. On a good note Karl should either be out or on his way out as I type this. I talked to the bondsman about 3 hours ago and he was on his way to bond Karl out.

Ummm, please see my post in this forum for more details. While there is only a little good in it, at least I am out and able to defend myself now. Things are going to be WAY tough on me now, without a car or phone, but I will NEVER QUIT and I will NEVER GIVE UP!!! I really do appreciate your support in ALL forms. Thanks guys. Kyle, I am trying to seek legal help before my eviction ....'hearing' on wednesday. Ummm seriously, anyone know how/where/when I can catch a bus from the Southgate area into the downtown/courthouse area? And Kyle, or anyone else, I'd love to have ANY company ANY day or time of the week I am here. PM me for an address/directions. I may be out looking for lawyers in the day, but PM me here, and I will surely make time for my friends whenever I can. Karl.
