I guess I don't have a big enough waffle iron. :D
I still don't have enough waffle iron. I'm not going to cook a rasher of bacon 2 pieces at a time.
...and then there's the fat that renders from the bacon. My waffle iron doesn't have a drip pan. [Coffee]

This is a great way to cook bacon!! It really brings out the flavor. Note to self: don't let the grease drip onto the oven burner mechanism, it really tests the smoke detector. [Coffee]
