generally you just piss off the right people. If you'll note, one of us is "i whined and got a title". Maybe if you do the same they'll give you "long enough and hard enough". But that detracts from the main purpose, which is to be demeaning while hazing.
My tip, be offensive, long winded and good natured and you will get a title that you will love, just as I love mine. b*tch and moan, and you will get a title i love to laugh at, and you will eventually learn to deal with.
