Agreed... I am sad that one side is that blind. I honestly hope that one day this will not be the case. Because we really need to take care of some other really broken things.

I liken UBC/Permit fees to a poll tax.

Tell a Hardcore liberal (D) There should be a $20 fee for a required voter registration card and watch their head explode.

When gun ownership is put into a partisan framework, that rewards one side for going after the 2nd Amendment. We need to make gun regulation into a no win for either side.

I had a hard time believing it myself. I should have gone with my cynical gut and saved myself the personal embarrassment. I am evolving I hope you all at least see that I am learning my lesson. Sucks...
