Well my order was probably in the very early numbers and it was a 181xxx and I have seen orders up in the 187xxx range so that's around 6000 orders there. I figure not everyone ordered the max so if you say average 10 mags per order that's 60,000 mags. That doesn't take into account the 3xxxxx series numbers I have seen and it's not over yet. Easily has to top 100,000 mags I'm sure.Quote:

It's probably a result of the manufacturing process. It's likely that they stamp a lot of the parts out on the same machines, which could create a bottleneck if there's a higher demand for, say, Gen-3 Windowed Pmags vs. Gen-2 Non Windowed. If the schedule is that they only stamp out Gen 3s on Monday and Tuesday, and Gen 2s on Thursday and Friday, and more people want Gen 3s, it would make sense that the orders might come out a bit asymmetrically with people getting partial shipments of Gen 2 Pmags because there are more of them on hand.Quote:

I placed my PMAG order today for the Ar-15 I don't have. I love being forced into buying something I don't need yet. Of course, I hope to rectify this situation soon.
