Yes !!... Great pics there. Put a smile on my face seeing them, HB.
This.
Wipe em down a little and just oil patch the bore for long guns, otherwise fugit. Why wear them out cleaning them too much?
The pistols get cleaned after a few or many range trips or >500 rds depending on the ammo being shot. The carry gun only gets cleaned and lubed just before the range. Never, ever, ever after and I shoot it with only the same ammo I carry in it.
The only ones I gotta keep super clean so they run are those pesky .22 plinkers and they don't go often.
Brutal, .... that little dog staring into the camera like that.... what a neato lil' pup.
If I didn't know Belly was armed and well trained...I might entertain the idea of kidnapping Didi.
:)
Hey hoe diddlies.
Jim/ Brutal... I guess it's my mechanic minded philosophy that has me wanting to clean my weapons after each trip.
The last two times out, they did not get cleaned, and they did just fine, but damn....the AR had a lot of scuz in it.
Yo, HC.
Have a great day tomorrow, Ho's.
:D
A mechanic knows too many times of removing those exhaust bolts, increases the chance of breaking. I use to be super anal about cleaning, to the point of full disassembly. Now quick P,T,A wipe down GTG. With some firearms when doing more than bore and bolt, you may run in to accuracy issues / re zero.
So Jim...... There's a Savage for sale in the TP.....
Sent from my teepee using smoke signals.
