It was mostly dealing with Verizon. Bought the phone on 10/29, but since we bought two (wifey wanted a phone too, actually that was the whole reason for getting a new account) and her's was delayed, mine didn't ship until 11/7. The $50 rebate form they mailed to me was for purchases between 10/1 and 11/3, but the receipt I had for my phone was 11/7, so technically, it would get rejected if I mailed it in even though I purchased it during the rebate.
Then they were trying to say they couldn't tell me, because I'm not my wife. I asked how to add me to the account, they told me, I logged into myverizon and added myself then said okay, I'm an account manager, tell me. They then refused because they said that they knew my wife didn't do that change, that I did. I said, ok, I'll call back and tlak to someone new. blah blah blah went on forever!
Oh, right, back to the phone. That was just an excuse. I've been running around all day and stil have more running to do, so I can't catch up since payge 1023 I think for a few more hours, just had to check in.
