He moves his foot, and picks up his C note, shoves it in his wallet, signs his charge, and walks out the door.

Mutha F******** doesn't even say Thank You, or anything........just walks out the door.

That's because it contained drugs. was it folded in a small triangle or squarish? A LE would has seen that as a red flag

Possibly Because they arent Marines? Or since the Army hasnt given a Damn about actual marksmanship since 1949. Or becuase they believe in victory through volume of fire and expenditure of rounds. Either way it is what it is.
