Watching fat sick and nearly dead now...
Man, I tell ya...when you're doing something like this you really notice how many food, beverage and fast food commercials and ads there are on TV, in the paper, in magazines, even on the radio! No wonder Americans are so fat, we're bombarded with info and images of yummy things to put in our yaps from every direction.
Yeah, I noticed that too man. Not only that but your mind reacts differently than it once did. My mouth would salivate and I could actually taste each one of the ingredients in the item they were pushing. Beforehand if you felt like that place sounded good you would want the place but the 'craving' was completely different. That was probably the hardest part of the fast for me actually. The physical hunger subsides by like day 4 or 5 and then it's just these 'mental hungers' and that is almost worse sometimes.
My lady broke her fast today after two weeks. She actually asked me if I wanted anything when she went to Subway to get a salad. I didn't have any desire to eat. I'm going to do at least another week but likely the full 30 days which should put me just under 260 if I keep my average weight loss.
