Where's that Oscar?
Ribeye?
Been a long time, but Brooks had the most incredible bone-in Ribeye, and all their steaks were available Oscar style.

Proof that Gary Kimball is back in business and can still build incredible guns!
http://nankoweap.com/pictures/caspiancarry.jpg
Back in the early 90s Gary built a single-stack .38 Super single-stack race gun for me (at the time Gary was the best kept secret for full-house IPSC race guns). Used it for a couple years until he built an STI double stack in .38 Super to replace the single stack. My single stack has been a safe queen for over 20 years; recently I gave it back to Gary to make into a .45 ACP carry gun.
It's done, and boy is it done well. Not a single sharp edge on it, the entire gun feels all "roundy". It has my old Caspian frame sporting a new black Cerakote finish, flattop stainless steel Caspian slide and KKM Precision barrel (had to go with a ramped barrel due to the frame originally being cut for a ramped .38 Super barrel).
Impeccable fit and finish, hopefully I'll get some time on Sunday to take it out and throw some lead downrange!

Not as tactikewl as some here but reloads easy, runs clean and goes bang (drip) every time. It's stainless, easy access thumb safety and eats everything that's put in it. [Coffee]

Nice coffeemaker. I'm still looking for the perfect machine.
For just a simple machine that makes great coffee, we love our Cuisinart.
The only fault I can find is that if the basket overflows for whatever reason - missing pot lid, plugged sneak-a-cup drain - grounds will overflow into the water reservoir, up the hot water pipe, and it will require significant cleaning.
Now if I could just find the perfect automatic Latte machine for my wife that doesn't cost as much as a Walmart AR, we'd be all set.
My last two were Brauns. They lasted for about ten years. Braun no longer makes coffee makers for the US. [Shy] A Technivorm would be the first choice but $300 for a coffee make seems a little steep. The Bonavita comes in a close second in reviews.
Full house loads only. ++C++ Quite a snappy kick. This ain't no safe queen, it's a user.

My first Glock w/ some additional love from Rob at Bower's
Yeah, that FV-SR is a fine little bolt gun. Very nicely priced too.

I got a new recoil spring and rod. Also, Lwd was nice enough to follow my shipping request....
Heck of a sweet price. I'm debating trying one out for my 'city' varmint rifle because I'm wondering how much quieter one would be suppressed than my M&P15-22. I haven't purchased the 22 suppressor yet to test out on my M&P15-22 to know. I'm thinking what he has pictured might just suit my needs perfectly.
That's awesome! I love doing stuff like that. I once ordered a Pizza Hut pizza online for pick-up and I put 'Needs more cowbell' in the notes. I shit you not when I walked in the manager fired up Don't Fear the Reaper on the little boom box they had in the kitchen, cranked it up and then just stood there looking at me with a big shit-eating grin on his face. I acknowledged with an equally boyish smile, nodded my head, took my pizza and walked out the door whistling along. Not a word was uttered between he and I but the level of awesome was at max to be sure.
Jer,
About all I hear with the FV-SR and regular velocity CCI's is the hammer dropping. Then the impact. Didn't try with subsonic as I was out.
Norseman
My buddy has done a lot of testing with the subs vs ss in 22LR and said that there really is no difference. No sense to run squibs if there's no audible performance gain. I wish you lived closer because I'd love to hear your setup and then maybe thread your can onto my AR15 and see how the compare. I know the bolt will be quieter then my AR15's action but just how much more is the question. I may have to consider picking one of these up this winter and maybe starting the waiting process for a new 22LR suppressor. What optic did you put on that?
Optic is an old Japanese made bushnell 4x fixed.
The can on my semi auto 22/45 was pretty quiet running the regular CCI's. Very hearing safe, no ear pro needed.
My class 3 guy showed me a video of a full auto AR with .22 upper and suppressor. Sounded like a sewing machine.
I'd guess your M&P would be vewy, vewy quiet with a can.

You should come by and road test a few different cans. The 22/45 LITE is the latest addition. I have a shit load of 22 subs, honestly these units are very quiet running fed bulk or any other standard 22. I have a 77/22 mag bolt and Russian TOZ-78 22lr thread one of the cans on those and as mentioned, all you hear is click
The TBA 4" Ti is 22 mag rated. However i put the HALO on the 22 mag and it's Insane!
The 22/45 on the right is a newer lower with my old MK II target upper. Going to install a FastFire II this week and shoot the shit out of them.

I got your back bro.

van, shoots great! I haven't met a 22/45 that I didn't like so far. This one's super nice though.
