So if I want a rifle or receiver, I can just go to Cheyenne and get one if the wait is shorter in WY?
Pistols are still instate only, right?

Purchased a new handgun today, form submitted around 7PM today (6/17/2020). Was told about 3 days still.
Just talked to Firing Line and they said 3-4 days. Jesus. I thought they had to kick it loose after 24 hours?
I submitted a 4473 yesterday at about 1300 and was told 2 days and 2 hours.
