All that it means is that ranches will be owned by companies instead of individuals.

It's pure fascism (taking from politically unpopular/weak people and giving to politically connected,) but no, starvation won't result.

I did a little thinking on this statement. Am I reading that you are OK with the Government taking away peoples property that have been in there families for generations?
