Agreed! I slept in until 7:45am when my Fiancee was heading out the door for work. She got mad at me because I slept in until "8am". She said its not good for my body to go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 8am. I replied with "8 hours of sleep is the AVERAGE, which means some people NEED more than 8hrs and some need less than 8hrs".
