Not to brag, but I did this exact thing in my 5th (yes 5th) year of college (waaaay back in the late 80's). The class was an extra that got me over a certain credit requirement for whatever, so I HAD to take the stupid class. At the end of the semester my other classes ended up putting me over the requirement anyway due to extra curricular activities in my major, so I just said "F-it" to the extra (aka useless) class. Got an A in the useless class (Environmental Sociology?? I forget) ..... not proud of it now, but I was then.
You are not alone. When I did the essay for my GED (yeah I got one) it asked me to write an essay about what I would do to help the community. I took it seriously in the way I wrote the essay with a start 3 example and conclusion. But my topic was how I would volunteer to help the world. I said I would sing to the homeless I wouldn't follow them around and sing. Sing from the rooftops and do it all for free. Turns out it was inspirational and I got my GED. They were looking for construction of an essay anyway. They could have cared less about the topic.
No he's just into a cartoon that helicopter parents won't ruin with complaints like they did with every other cartoon out there. Venture Bro's comes to mind but I don't think it was the parents that said lets make season 3 boring. Than make a bunch of pedophile references. But someone did say season 1 and 2 were epic how can we make it suck?
Maybe Ridge is preparing himself for CIA interrogation so he won't be broken. Unless of course they start putting the ol blow torch to his action figures. I'm with you Ridge to each his own. No offense intended just kidding around.
