Has anybody seen any form 3's lately? I have an AEM5 I bought and submitted from March 25th and it wtill hasn't transferred yet.

What's the receiving end FFL say? That's who you need to talk with. However depending on F3 work load, it's approx 30 days over due. OR still in process.

I've only spoken to Oakland Tactical which is who I purchased it from, they said it was submitted March 25th, same day I paid for it. I haven't spoken with anybody from Ark Tactical, as I was told by Oakland Tactical that I would receive an email saying it shipped. I'd rather not have to deal with 41P if I can avoid it.

Form 3s are running 65-70 days right now.

Yeah this was submitted March 25th. Currently at 104 days.

Paper Form 1 for a Short Barreled Rifle using a Trust.
Mailed January 12, 2016.
Approved June 29, 2016.
Received in my mail box July 11, 2016. 180 days.

Mailed in on Monday, were signed for on Wednesday, bank account raided last night. Now the real wait begins...

Form 1 submitted 6/30/16 electronically hit the bank on 7/1/16
Form 4 mailed 5/25/16 CC hit on 6/6/16
Form 4 mailed 6/29/2016 CC hit on 7/5/16
