It had so much promise. I also thought, having loved '24' that it was going to be a perfect next step. Then they grabbed the steering wheel and yanked it so far left it was sickening. Nearly gave up when they spouted "86% of Americans want universal background checks on gun purchases, it's common sense.". Then it just got way worse with the rhetoric. I won't spoil it for those that for some reason want to watch it but what a shame. Great premise to a show. Be it he declared to be independent I would expect better than a liberal dreamland on screen.

I liked the first half of the first season, then it just turned to SJW shit for me and I didn't bother watching any of it after the first season.


On a lighter note, if anyone liked the quirky cold-war series "Deutschland83" a sequel "Deutschland86" just started streaming on the Sundance Channel with most of the original cast. Not sure when it'll hit the Netflix/Hulu/Amazon feeds, sorry.

Castlevania season two is out. Not sure if anyone watched season one, but thought it was worth a mention.

Yeah this is where I'm at with it, so much so, that I stopped watching it on a weekly basis, and I'll probably binge the season closer to the following season coming out, so there isn't a huge gap.

Horror shows usually don?t hold me, but this one was fun. Started watching a couple a week, then binged the last 6 episodes. Didn?t end quite like I expected, but I enjoyed it - thanks for the recommendation.

Patriot Season 2 is out on Prime. Great show if you haven't seen it.
