Anyone that will vandalize a mans property(for WHATEVER reason) whether it be their home, car, etc etc is a fucking pussy. I agree, one or two politely worded notes should have taken care of it. If not, then a face to face discussion (amicable if possible) is in order. Following that... it's a deliberate attempt to annoy you, and should be handled as such.
