That's an oxymoron. ;P If it's not chambered, it's not loaded.

Anything strategically placed around the house and EDC always loaded and chambered.
Anything in storage usually loaded but not chambered.

Yep!! Like if there is only one (1) round in the cylinder of a six shot revolver and that round will NOT be in line with the barrel the next time the trigger is pulled/squeezed, I believe that firearm is still considered "LOADED". Right?? Same difference.
