I would like to see the repeal of the entire law put to a vote by the people. And include a little part in there that bans them from trying anything like this again. .02

In essence this will prevent them from doing it again. If we get enough petitions and pass it on the ballot. The legislative body will need 2/3 majority to even push it to the vote of the people.

Now just as any law, they could pass one to try and circumvent it, but it leaves it open to be more easily overturned in the courts.

We are looking to get more petition circulators. If you think you can get 62 signatures or more, please let me know or send a message to putittothepeople@gmail.com (http://putittothepeople.wordpress.com/). The reason for 62, is each packet we hand out contains 62 sections to sign.

Well, at this rate, it's very likely that if you give me one, I can just have members swing by my house and sign since you still haven't told anyone where it is possible. (Other than the madhouse on 2 days on 58th ave)
